The Next Gen Program is designed for women in their reproductive years who want a trusted partner in their gynecologic and overall health. Whether you're managing your menstrual cycle, exploring contraception, planning for pregnancy, addressing sexual wellness concerns, or simply looking for personalized preventive care, this program emphasizes education, prevention, and proactive care to help you build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.

Please note that while we provide preconception counseling and fertility planning, we do not provide prenatal or obstetric care.

Who Is This Program For?

Designed primarily for women in their teens, 20s, and 30s, this program focuses on personalized gynecologic, preventive, and reproductive healthcare rather than the evaluation and treatment of perimenopause or menopause symptoms. It's especially valuable if you're:

  • Looking for clarity and confidence around contraception and reproductive health

  • Managing conditions such as PCOS or irregular cycles

  • Wanting preventive care and screenings delivered in a supportive environment


SERVICES OFFERED


Comprehensive Consultation & Annual Exam

  • One-hour in-person initial consultation with full health history and goal setting

  • 60-minute annual wellness visit with preventive screenings and breast health review

Ongoing Medical Touch-points

  • 30-minute tele-health follow-up two weeks post-annual visit to review labs and treatment plan

  • Three additional 30-minute tele-health visits across the year for progress checks and adjustments

  • Four 30-minute phone check-ins for continued guidance and accountability

Foundational & Preventive Care

  • Cervical cancer screening (Pap smears) and HPV testing

  • Contraception counseling and education

  • Lifestyle counseling emphasizing proactive wellness and healthy habits

  • Menstrual health and irregularities guidance

  • PCOS management and support

  • Weight management support when appropriate (including GLP-1 therapies, nutrition guidance, and medication adjustments)

Access & Support

  • Unlimited secure messaging with your clinician for timely questions and peace of mind between visits

  • In office lab collection

  • Direct coordination with specialists and referrals as needed, so your care stays connected and comprehensive
