NAdia Van der Heyden, COO
Nadia has longstanding healthcare experience and operational leadership, guided by a commitment to shaping the future of personalized medicine. Drawing on 18 years as a paramedic and her work building physician partnerships and medical practices, she helps drive The Elm’s long term vision, creating innovative and patient focused care models.
