6-Month Personalized Program | Telehealth in CT, NY, NJ
This program is designed for women navigating perimenopause or menopause who want expert guidance from home. Over six months, you’ll work closely with one of our board certified clinicians to build a safe, evidence-based hormone therapy plan supported by The Dr. Robbins Method™.
Your care is individualized, continuously monitored, and tailored to address the complex changes of midlife — from sleep and mood to weight, energy, and long-term wellbeing.
Who Is This Program For?
This program is ideal for women who want consistent support with hormone therapy but don’t need in-person visits. It’s especially suited to those living in Connecticut, New York, or New Jersey who are:
- Experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, brain fog, disrupted sleep, or low libido
- Looking for a trusted partner to manage HT safely and effectively over time
- Wanting the convenience of virtual visits without compromising on thorough, personalized care
How This Program Elevates Your Care
At The Elm, we know it’s tempting to look for a single appointment to “get your hormones checked.” But hormone health — especially during perimenopause and menopause — is rarely solved in one visit. Quick consults don’t allow enough time to understand your history, track your labs, or fine-tune a plan that actually works for you.
That’s why this program is structured over six months. It gives you regular check-ins, careful adjustments, and direct access to your clinician — so your treatment evolves with you and you feel supported every step of the way.
Many women are told they’re not candidates for hormone therapy, or they receive generic guidance that doesn’t address their unique needs. At The Elm, every plan is designed around your history, symptoms, and goals — and adjusted as your body changes.
This six-month program gives you regular touchpoints, proactive monitoring, and easy access to your clinician between visits, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Most women in perimenopause or menopause experiencing symptoms such as hot flashes, low libido, sleep disruption, brain fog, fatigue, mood changes, or weight gain are strong candidates. The best way to know for certain is to schedule an initial consultation so we can review your health history and goals.
-

Age alone does not rule you out. Our clinicians will review your cardiovascular and overall health profile to assess safety. Many women benefit from hormone therapy well beyond the “ideal window.”
