Both The Elm Greenwich and The Elm Westport operate under the medical direction of Dr. Alicia Robbins and are guided by The Dr. Robbins Method™.
This ensures that care across both locations follows the same clinical standards, protocols, and philosophy—combining preventative gynecology, hormone care, lifestyle medicine, and longevity-focused treatment into one cohesive, evidence-based approach.
Every clinician at The Elm is trained and mentored in The Dr. Robbins Method™, so regardless of location, patients can expect consistent, thoughtful, and clinically rigorous care.

She completed her medical degree and residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, where she also served as full-time faculty before relocating to Greenwich. She worked at Greenwich Hospital for five years before opening The Elm. She is a certified Menopause Society practitioner and a diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

Outside of the practice, Alicia loves spending time with her husband and their three active boys. She is passionate about supporting local female-founded businesses and finds joy in simple pleasures like leisurely dinners with friends and time spent in the countryside of southern Arizona, where she grew up.
